We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name,

June 1, 2019 as the day on which the following provisions of the Green Energy Repeal Act, 2018, c. 16, which amend the Planning Act, come into force:
s. 8 (4), (5), (6), (7), (8), (9), (10).
