Keeping Energy Costs Down Act, 2024

We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name,

July 1, 2024 as the day on which the following provisions of the Keeping Energy Costs Down Act, 2024, c. 10, which amend the Ontario Energy Board Act, 1998, come into force:
s. 5 (1), 6, 7, 9, 10 (2).
