Proclamation

Rowan’s Law (Concussion Safety), 2018

Order in Council 767/2019 directed the issuance of a proclamation in respect of the Rowan’s Law (Concussion Safety), 2018. The proclamation was issued on May 16, 2019. An amendment to the proclamation is now desired.

Therefore, we, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, amend the proclamation by striking out “July 1, 2020” in clause (b) and substituting “January 1, 2021”.
