We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name,

May 4, 2018 as the day on which the following provisions of the School Boards Collective Bargaining Amendment Act, 2017, c. 3, which amend the School Boards Collective Bargaining Act, 2014, come into force:
s. 1 (1), (2), (4), 3, 8, 9, 11-14, 15 (2), (3), (4), 16 (1), (2), 17 (1), 18, 19 (3), 20 (2), (3).
