Under And By Virtue Of a Writ of Seizure and Sale issued out of the Superior Court of Justice of Ontario at London dated September 5, 2000, Court File Number 34080/00, to me directed, against the real and personal property of Ronald Kowalski Defendant, at the suit of Royal Bank Of Canada, Plaintiff, I have seized and taken in execution all the right, title, interest and equity of redemption of Ronald Kowalski, Defendant in and to:

Part of Lot 19, Concession 7, Township of Yarmouth, County of Elgin, known municipally as 9087 Quaker Road, RR #2, St. Thomas, Ontario, more particularly described as follows:

Commencing at a point in the easterly limit of Lot 19 distant Eight Hundred and Fifty-two (852') feet measured Southerly thereon from the North-easterly angle thereof;

Thence Northerly and along the Easterly limit of said Lot 19, Eight Hundred and Fifty-two (852') feet to the North-easterly angle of the said lot;

Thence Westerly along the Northerly limit of said Lot 19, Five Hundred and Seventy-three point Nine Four (573.94') feet;

Thence Southerly parallel with the Easterly limit of said Lot 19, Eight Hundred and Forty-nine point Seven Four (849.74') feet;

Thence Easterly in a straight line Five Hundred and Seventy-three point Nine Nine (573.99') feet to the point of commencement, containing by admeasurement 11.2078 acres, be the same more or less.

Being the lands lastly described in Instrument No. 163038.

Two-storey single family detached vinyl siding and brick veneer house with metal clad detached driveshed. Lot size approximately 573.0' × 852.0' (11.20 acres).

All of which said right, title, interest and equity of redemption of Ronald Kowalski, Defendant, in the said lands and tenements described above, I shall offer for sale by Public Auction subject to the conditions set out below, at The Court House, 8 Wellington Street, in the City of St. Thomas, in the County of Elgin, on the 22nd day of January, 2002 at the hour of 1:00 p.m. in Court Room #2.

Conditions:
The purchaser to assume responsibility for all mortgages, charges, liens, outstanding taxes, and other encumbrances. No representation is made regarding the title of the land or any other matter relating to the interest to be sold. Responsibility for ascertaining these matters rests with the potential purchaser(s).

Terms:

  • Deposit 10% of bid price or $1,000.00 whichever is greater
  • Payable at time of sale by successful bidder
