Consumer Protection Statute Law Amendment Act, 2002
We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name,
- July 1, 2005 as the day on which the following provisions of the Consumer Protection Statute Law Amendment Act, 2002, c. 30 come into force:
- Schedule D (Travel Industry Act, 2002).
- Sections 17, 21 and 22 of Schedule E; and
- July 30, 2005 as the day on which the following provisions of the Act come into force:
- Schedule A (Consumer Protection Act, 2002).
- Section 1, subsection 2 (2) and sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 9, 10, 13, 14 and 15 of Schedule E.
