Ministry Of Consumer And Business Services Statute Law Amendment Act, 2004
We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name,
- June 30, 2005 as the day on which the following provisions of the Ministry of Consumer and Business Services Statute Law Amendment Act, 2004, c. 19 come into force:
- Subsections 8 (3) and (4), which amend the Consumer Protection Statute Law Amendment Act, 2002.
- July 1, 2005 as the day on which the following provisions of the Act come into force:
- Subsection 14 (7), which amends the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999.
- Subsection 21 (3), which amends the Safety and Consumer Statutes Administration Act, 1996.
- Section 23, which amends the Travel Industry Act, 2002;
- July 30, 2005 as the day on which the following provisions of the Act come into force:
- Section 7, which amends the Consumer Protection Act, 2002.
- Subsections 8 (1) and (2), which amend the Consumer Protection Statute Law Amendment Act, 2002.
- Subsections 14 (1), (2), (3) and (4), which amend the Licenc Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999.
