Under And By Virtue Of A Writ Of Seizure And Sale issued out of the Superior Court of Justice at 297 Pembroke Street East, Pembroke, Ontario, K8A 3K2 dated January 7, 2005 Court File Number 01/373 and Court File Number 97/405 and filed with the Pembroke Sheriff’s Office to me directed, against the real and personal property of Carl Gilchrist And Lois Gilchrist, Defendants, at the suit of Shawn Kuchocki and 1014431 Ontario Inc., Plaintiff, I have seized and taken in execution all right, title interest and equity of redemption of Carl Gilchrist And Lois Gilchrist, in and to:

Part Lot 11, Con 2, West of Muskrat Lake, Westmeath, as described in Parcel Two in R44840 (Firstly); Westmeath, being all of PIN 57619- 0103(LT);

Part Lot 11, Con 1 West of Muskrat Lake as in R48840 (1stly), Except R41976; Westmeath; S/T R45838 Westmeath, being all of PIN 57187- 0051(LT);

Part Lot 3, Con 1 as in R48840 (2ndly); Stafford; Stafford & Pembroke, being all of PIN 57187-0020(LT).

Municipally known as 19573 Hwy 17, RR #3, Cobden, Ontario, K0J 1K0

Each parcel of land is to be sold separately and in the following order:

  • Parcel 1: Part Lot 3, Con 1 as in R48840 (2ndly); Stafford; Stafford & Pembroke, being all of PIN 57187-0020(LT).
  • If the execution remains unsatisfied after the sale of Parcel 1, then Parcel 2 will be sold.
  • Parcel 2: Part Lot 11, Con 2, West of Muskrat Lake, Westmeath, as described in Parcel Two in R44840 (Firstly); Westmeath, being all of PIN 57619-0103(LT);
  • If the execution remains unsatisfied after the sale of Parcel 1 and Parcel 2, then Parcel 3 will be sold.

All Of Which said right, title, interest and equity of redemption of Carl Gilchrist And Lois Gilchrist, Defendants, in the said land and tenements described above, I shall offer for sale by Public Action subject to the conditions set out below at 31 Riverside Drive,

Pembroke, Ontario, K8A 8R6 on Friday, August 18, 2006 at 11:00 o’clock in the morning.

Conditions:

The purchaser to assume responsibility of all mortgages, charges, liens, outstanding taxes and other encumbrances. No representation is made regarding the title of the land or any other matter relating to the interest to be sold. Responsibility for ascertaining these matters rests with the potential purchaser(s).

  • Deposit 10% of bid price or $1,000.00 whichever is greater
