Order in Council 1611/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Sarah Jacobs was appointed as full-time member and Vice Chair of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of two years by Order in Council O.C. 1608/2020 dated December 3, 2020 ;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 1(2) of the Environmental Review Tribunal Act, 2000 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Sarah Jacobs of Windsor be appointed as part-time member and Vice Chair of the Environmental Review Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
