Order in Council 1775/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas the Higher Education Quality Council Act, 2005 establishes the Higher Education Quality Council of Ontario;

And whereas subsection 2(2) of said Act specifies that the Higher Education Quality Council shall consist of the members of its board of directors;

Now therefore, pursuant to section 3 of the Higher Education Quality Council Act, 2005,

Sheldon Levy of Toronto

is appointed to the board of directors of the Higher Education Quality Council of Ontario for a term of two years, commencing on the date of this Order, subject to the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council.

In addition, on the date of this Order, OIC No. 880/2015 is revoked.
