Order in Council 1780/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal Act, 2017 and subsection 16(2) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Sharyn Vincent of Toronto be appointed as full-time member and associate chair of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of six months, effective the later of January 9, 2021 and the date this Order in Council is made.

Further, whereas Sharyn Vincent was appointed as full-time member and vice-chair of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective February 27, 2020, by Order in Council O.C. 339/2020;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Order in Council O.C. 339/2020 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
