Order in Council 3/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas D. Stephen Jovanovic was reappointed a part-time member of the Ontario Civilian Police Commission for a term of three years, effective July 23, 2016, by Order in Council O.C. 1015/2016;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 21(2) of the Police Services Act and subsection 16(2) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, D. Stephen Jovanovic of Windsor be appointed full-time member and Associate Chair of the Ontario Civilian Police Commission for a term of five years, effective the date of this Order in Council.

Further, Order in Council O.C. 1015/2016 be revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
