Order in Council 424/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

1. The portion of proposed highway in Geographic Township of Errington, in the District of Thunder Bay, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation and shown as Part 1 on Ministry Plan P-2631-10, filed with the Record Service Unit, Northwest Region, Ministry of Transportation at Thunder Bay on the 6th day of October 2022, be designated as a controlled-access highway pursuant to section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P. 50 as amended; and
2. the portion of proposed highway in Geographic Township of Ashmore, in the District of Thunder Bay, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation and shown as Part 1 on Ministry Plan P-2637-27, filed with the Record Service Unit, Northwest Region, Ministry of Transportation at Thunder Bay on the 6th day of October 2022, be designated as a controlled-access highway pursuant to section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P. 50 as amended.
