Order in Council 631/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 42 (4) and (5) of the Courts of Justice Act, the Honourable Justice Sharon Margaret Nicklas, a regional senior judge, be appointed as Associate Chief Justice – Co-ordinator of Justices of the Peace for a fixed term of six years, effective September 2, 2019.
