Order in Council 770/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 139/2020, dated January 31, 2020, Barbara Collins is appointed as a part-time member of the Death Investigation Oversight Council;

And whereas it is desirable to designate Barbara Collins as a part-time Vice-Chair of the Death Investigation Oversight Council;

Therefore pursuant to subsections 8 (3) of the Coroners Act, as amended, Barbara Collins is hereby designated as a part-time Vice-Chair of the Death Investigation Oversight Council, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
